No, we don’t recommend putting your nappy bag in the washing machine due to the built-in USB port. Putting your bag in the washing machine will voide the warranty and may damage the hardware, zippers, and structure of the bag.
To clean your bag, simply use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe down the exterior and interior. For any stubborn stains, a soft-bristle brush can be used gently. Allow the bag to air dry fully before use. Proper care ensures your backpack stays in top-notch condition and lasts for years!

Gorgeous to look at, super comfortable to wear and most importantly, amazingly functional particularly with the added Organising Pouches Set. I always know where everything is and I can always be confident that everything will pack back in easily when I'm on the go. I cannot recommend this pairing any more highly, you won't be disappointed. To be honest, your hardest choice will be choosing which of the stunning colour combinations you like best.

We understand that your nappy bag or pram caddy purchase may be time sensitive since your little one is on the way, so your orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse Monday to Friday Via Australia Post.
All orders placed before midday (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day with the exception of Pre Orders.
How long will It take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the same business day orders placed after 12pm will be shipped from our warehouse In Victoria next business day with the exception of public holidays when orders will be shipped on the next working day.
Standard shipping time is between 3 -7 business days depending on your state. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and any delays that may occur after your order is with Australia Post are out of our hands.
For urgent orders, we suggest purchasing the express delivery option at checkout. Please read product pages carefully as some items may be on pre-order and will state clearly the approximate dispatch date and you will receive a pre-order confirmation email for all pre-orders.
