REFUND and EXCHANGE Policy
We know you are going to love your new Bambino Bag - but we understand sometimes a girl can change her mind.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase because it wasn’t quite what you were expecting, or you simply changed your mind, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain approval to return your purchase.
Please include your order number and original proof of purchase when emailing to request your return or exchange.
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we will not offer a refund or exchange.
All refunds will be processed after the item has been delivered to our warehouse and physically checked by a member of our team. Please allow up to three business days from the date of delivery for your return to be checked and authorised. Once your refund is authorised please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to show in you account before contacting us.
Bambino Bagz do not refund the original shipping cost of the order, or the cost to the buyer to return the order to Bambino Bagz for a change of mind or exchange.
If exchanging a product, we will issue the buyer with a store credit to the value of the order/product/s, minus shipping costs, to place a new order.
To be eligible for a return because of a change of mind, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we are unable to refund products that are damaged during use and not related to the manufacture of the item.
Please note: items in a "sale" or "sale event' or "Pre-order items' are 'as is' and 'final sale'. No returns or exchanges
Returns must be shipped back to Bambino Bagz at the buyer's own cost - unless there is a fault with the product. If the product i faulty or the incorrect product is received we will send you a pre-paid return label.
Refunds will only be credited back to the original method of payment, so if you paid with a gift card, we will send you a gift card with the same amount credited to spend at a later date.
I Made a Mistake Can I Amend My Order Details?
We’ve all been there. (Baby brain is real!)
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible after placing the order to let us know the details you need to change. If we haven’t already dispatched the order, we are more than happy to make amendments to the following –
- Change of Delivery Address
- Change of Phone Number/Email address
- Change of Item Colour or Style (Must be the same price)
- Upgrade from Standard to Express Post (We will send a payment link for you to pay the balance amount)
FAULTS and WARRANTY
We take great pride in the quality craftsmanship of each product in our Bambino family. That’s why we’re willing to offer a manufactures guarantee for twelve months from the date of purchase on all manufacturing faults.
Our team diligently check all products individually before they are sent, however in the unlikely event that a fault or damage is overlooked, please contact us via email email@example.com and we would be glad to help in any way we can.
When sending a warranty request, please provide the following information –
- Purchase Invoice with purchase date and original order number
- Pictures or videos of the issue
The Bambino Bagz Product guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, wear and tear or natural breakdown of the materials over time, such as fraying of fabric, tears or rips in fabric or stitching.
We know your bags go everywhere with you and you little ones and can be subjected to some intense wear and while we understand this, damage caused by day to day use is not part of-nor covered by our manufacturing warranty
We will cover genuine manufacturing faults such as, but not limited to- faulty zippers or hardware, missing parts or items that arrived damaged or faulty,
All products will be evaluated by Bambino Bagz and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
If a fault is deemed minor, we will attempt to have the item repaired locally (for a reasonable cost), or ask you to return the bag to us for repair at our HQ, please allow a three-week turnaround time for repairs.
If the item has a major fault that cannot be repaired, we will ask you to return the item. Once your return is received we will assess the goods to determine if they are faulty and will notify you via email of the approval.
Then, you can choose from the following options:
- Refund for the entire amount you paid for the bag,
- Replace your faulty bag with a brand new one, if in stock.
- Replace your faulty bag with another style of the same value.
All goods will be inspected on return. It is Bambino Bagz’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange/return provided.
*Please keep your proof of purchase as returns or exchanges without this will be at the discretion of Bambino Bagz.
A registered tracking number must be provided for all returns.
PLEASE NOTE Whilst we make every effort to get back to you on the same day, as we are a family business please allow up to 2 business days for a response. A Bambino Bagz customer care team member will be in contact with you within this time frame to assist you.
