Shipping & Returns

We love getting your goodies to you quickly!   

We understand that your nappy bag or pram caddy purchase may be time sensitive since your little one is on the way, so your orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse Monday to Friday Via Australia Post.  

All orders placed before midday (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day with the exception of Pre Orders.

How long will It take to receive my order?

All orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the same business day orders placed after 12pm will be shipped from our warehouse In Victoria next business day with the exception of public holidays when orders will be shipped on the next working day.

Standard shipping time is between 3 -7 business days depending on your state.  Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and any delays that may occur after your order is with Australia Post are out of our hands. 

For urgent orders, we suggest purchasing the express delivery option at checkout. Please read product pages carefully as some items may be on pre-order and will state clearly the approximate dispatch date and you will receive a pre-order confirmation email for all pre-orders.

Bambino Bagz Gift Voucher Terms of Sale

1 Bambino Bagz issues digital gift vouchers which can be used to purchase products from our online store. Vouchers are delivered via email with a unique redemption code.

2. Each Voucher is valid for a period of three years from the date of issue. The expiration date will be clearly stated in the email containing the Voucher.

3. Vouchers can be redeemed for any items available on the Bambino Bagz website. To redeem, enter the provided code at the checkout. The value of the Voucher will be applied to the total purchase amount.

4. Gift Vouchers are not eligible for return or refund. Once purchased, the decision is final and cannot be reversed.

5. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Bambino Bagz is not responsible for Vouchers that are lost, stolen, or used without permission.


7. If a purchase made with a Voucher is less than the value of the Voucher, the remaining balance will continue to be available for use until the Voucher’s expiration date.

8. Multiple Vouchers cannot be consolidated into a single Voucher. Each Voucher must be redeemed separately.

9. Vouchers cannot be cancelled once they are issued and are non-refundable.

10. Amendment of Terms: Bambino Bagz reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Vouchers at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the website.
