We understand that your nappy bag or pram caddy purchase may be time sensitive since your little one is on the way, so your orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse Monday to Friday Via Australia Post.
All orders placed before midday (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day with the exception of Pre Orders.
How long will It take to receive my order?
All orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped the same business day orders placed after 12pm will be shipped from our warehouse In Victoria next business day with the exception of public holidays when orders will be shipped on the next working day.
Standard shipping time is between 3 -7 business days depending on your state. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and any delays that may occur after your order is with Australia Post are out of our hands.
For urgent orders, we suggest purchasing the express delivery option at checkout. Please read product pages carefully as some items may be on pre-order and will state clearly the approximate dispatch date and you will receive a pre-order confirmation email for all pre-orders.
