PRE ORDER

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order status means that the item is currently in production or on route to our Melbourne warehouse, and you’re welcome to purchase as normal via the checkout.

All pre-orders have an estimated delivery time of 4- 12 weeks from the date we open pre-orders for each item, this is an estimate only and the customer understands that when placing a pre order we can not give an exact delivery date. 

From time to time we may experience shipping delays in the international shipping channels which are totally out of our control so if you need your item by a specific date please do not place a pre order as we can not guarantee delivery by a strict date and would hate to disappoint you. 

 Should orders arrive at our Melbourne warehouse earlier than anticipated, we will, of course, be able to send them to the address nominated sooner than expected.  All pre order items are non refundable for change of mind as per our terms of sale. Please see the full terms HERE

As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post.

Orders containing a combination of pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available. Orders may be partially fulfilled upon request. If you prefer this option and need your in-stock items to be sent sooner, please contact our team to arrange this - Support@bambinobagz.com.

This only applies to items that have a PRE-ORDER STATUS
